Title: OBI 202 Firmware update for newbie! HELP!

I just received my unit, set up my google voice, it was working fine. After everything was installed and working, it said I had a firmware update. I hit enter on the triangle and it appeared to be working. After finishing, I waited the 2 minutes before refreshing ObiTalk page like it said . Now...nothing!!!! I tried to follow the instructions for manual install but the webpage with the address listed does not load. I am a novice. Please help.

Well, I don't know what happened but I unplugged the unit and now it's working fine.
I am going to try and figure out how to tell what version of firmware I have. If anyone knows how to tell a newbie, please let me know.

Either OBI Expert or the Devices Web Interface under system status:

SoftwareVersion 3.0.1 (Build: 4581)
