Print Page - star and pound passthrough?

Hi - New user here. I tried searching for this topic but "star" and "pound" are used in thousands of posts...:)

Anyway, when I call the Google Voice voicemail system, pressing "star" doesn't do anything. Is my OBi100 capturing the DTMF tone and not passing it along? Any solution for this?
