Does anyone know if the obi100 has been discontinued? I keep it on my Amazon wish list and track the price to catch a good sale but this week the price went up to almost $70 and is no longer available through Amazon directly. Checked Newegg & Walmart as well, only available used through 3rd party sellers with a huge price increase. Was hoping to pick up another as a spare when I saw a good discount but looks like I might have missed my window.
Why don't you go for the OBi200? It has 4 SPx slots and a USB port. A better choice than the OBi100. Besides, the OBi200 is smaller.
I've had the 100 for a few years and gave away my spare to a friend last fall to help them get off a copper landline & save $. Mine works great and I've never had an issue, I just like to keep spares of my IT equip and want to replace that spare. Perhaps I will go for the 200 model, if I find out the 100 has been discontinued....so if anybody has an answer to my question I'd appreciate it. ;-)
I really don't think the OBi100 has been discontinued. I think that they are just out of stock at this time. Every once in awhile Newegg has the OBi200 on sale for $20 off. That's when I got mine.
