Title: Obi1022
Post by: N2VWZ on April 23, 2015, 01:58:41 PM
A post on DSL Reports Forum is reporting that the Obi1022 only supports:

- 3 SPs instead of 6 like the OBi1032.

I can't find a data sheet for the Obi1022.  Is this really the case?

What about ObiLine support?

1. 6 SPs. The DSL thread has been updated.

2. Correct.  OBiLINE is not supported.

Will future firmware updates add ObiLine compatibility?  The other IP phones did not have compatibility initially.  What are the plans?

I don't know Obihai's plans any better than you do.  But my expectation is that OBiLINE is not planned to be supported.  That is based on the following in the email that Obihai sent:

"USB port for Support of Select OBi Accessories (OBiWiFi, OBiBT) or Storage Device".
