When I am at my web dashboard, the OBi (202) is indicated as being offline. But the device is working properly and the LED's indicate normal operation.
The device is behind a NAT subnetwork, and my workstation is outside of that. Is that the reason for the discrepancy or is there another problem such as a firewall issue?
I set the device up through the ObiTalk website, not the local connection. I have now connected to the device locally after enabling the WAN interface. I think everything looks normal. My question is, how can I get the status of the device to show thatit is online using the ObiTalk website?
