[Solution found for the following puzzlement. Un-allocating or deleting in the local OBi100 box and in OBiTALK SP 1 setup and returning the settings to OBiTALK pre-configuration and starting from scratch with Anveo's setup tool called "OBi 110"]
Below, the original issue that is now moot.

Anveo Basic install to SP1 seems to have not removed VestaLink sms.intelafone.com is ProxyServer and RegestrarServer.

The VestaLink phone number comes up as callerID, not Anveo's.
Anveo has a guide for Generic setup. But, also seems to partly install from a strangely worded web page under their logo associated with OBi web page. [Caused, it now appears by an only partly un-allocated SP 1]
