Hi,
I'm a newble of Obi110. I try to setup all incoming route to autoattendant and found no announcement can be heart and will hang up no matter dialed from mobile or softphone, I've set the incoming route as "aa" or "{:aa}" or "{(25245656)|(65785956):aa}" [25245656 is softphone number & 65785956 is mobile number] but still no luck.
Can anyone help??
