Title: DatabaseException Error with OBi110
Post by: julian on May 19, 2015, 10:43:33 PM
Hey all.  I've searched the forum but can't find the solution to this problem.  When I try to add my OBi110 to my dashboard with the **5 method, I end up getting the following error:

DatabaseException

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'prov_currprof='9cadef014ab0-08f1d83caece.cfg' where elgg_guid=2880631' at line 1

I've performed the echo test on the OBi110 and it passed.  I've also got a solid green power light and a dial tone.  But can't add the device.  Any ideas?

I have exactly the same problem with 2 obi110 devices which I'm trying to add. I guess it is some kind of bug in obitalk platform.

I'm 99.9% certain that nothing you can configure on an OBi device can cause or fix that error.

If Obihai haven't fixed their server yet,  open a ticket to ensure they are aware of the problem.
