Title: OBi100 fax
Post by: crazyk4952 on June 07, 2011, 04:56:03 PM
I know faxing over voip can be unreliable. However, I was able to send the occasional fax using my PAP2T and voip.ms. However, I have not been able to get my OBi to send a fax at all!

I have line 1 set to voip.ms and line 2 set to GV. I can't get a fax to go out over either of them.

For those that have had sucess with sending faxes, did you have to adjust any settings to make it work?

Hi, You can read about my experience with faxing here:

One thing that you might need to do is to reduce the transmit speed of the fax modem or fax machine to 9600 baud or lower. See if that helps.
