Hi, I'm an engineer but new to OBi and VoIP. I have a line set up through my OBi200 and Flowroute. Incoming calls work perfectly. Outgoing calls to some numbers (like my cell phone) work fine but for others, if someone picks up, they report picking up and nothing happening and I don't hear their voice or voicemail.
Am I missing something? Nothing seems out of the ordinary in call records in Flowroute but there isn't a lot of detail.
Any help would be much appreciated!
