What do you mean by "doesn't work"?
Do you hear dial tone when you take the phone off-hook? Do you reach the echo test when you dial **9 222 222 222.
If yes there is nothing amiss with your OBi or phone.
Do you understand that you need to have an account with an Internet Telephony Service Provider and configure your OBi to use it?
