I tried this is morning and it seemed to fixed it.
Important note, I used Google Chrome as my web browser to do this.
First, go into your Google Voice account and remove your OBi device in your settings.
Then, go into your OBi account and remove your OBi device.
Then, re-add your OBi device in your OBi account.
In your OBi account, each of your Google Voice service provide will showed "Connected".
Try it and see. I don't know how long this fix will last. I will updates if there's a problem.
