I have an OBI 110, s/n 88B01NA0017P, and lately (in the last month or so) I have no incoming audio on on my phone calls. I have it connected only to a phone on one side and to the 'Net on the other side (through GVoice). The phone works fine otherwise (for intercom calling), and when I try a different phone I have the same problem.
It seems like the 110 has somehow failed and I'd like to get it replaced. Does anyone have any advice as to how to go about that?
