am trying to use google chat configured in obi to call myself(on a computer) in the format (**1<mygmailuserid> where sp1=obigooglechatuser with my gmail added as friend to obi gtalk userid).
i get a peer rtp address as 0.0.0.0:0 in the call status and there is no audio both ways. when i make the call other way around(my computer gtalk calling Obiuser as voice chat), it works fine.
here are some findings from syslog in cases when audio works fine and when there is no audio:
Here is syslog message in the case when it works when initiated from Obi:

Notice that in the case when it does not work, STUNC is invoked and it comes back with error (i get same message when i enable or disable STUN for googletalk).
Notice that in the case when it works, the RTP stream is started.
i can clearly reproduce this error in the following way:
1. when obi is rebooted and then the call made it works fine.
2. when i go offline and then come back online again (you can see status of me updated in syslog) and then obi tries to call me, i run into this issue.
any inputs are appreciated.
