Not sure what all you did here but I think you made this a lot harder than it actually is. Also not sure why you removed your OBI device from your dashboard? This is not necessary, all you need to do select Phonepower as your service provider choice and follow their directions, this will lead you through the steps necessary to implement their service on the OBI. If it was me I would return my OBI settings to how they were before and start over. You don't need to remove your OBI device from your account dashboard. Good Luck.
