I am new to the Obi world.
I set up a new OBI202 with GV. Everything work great.
I want to send the OBI110 to Israel and connect it just to Landline.
I want the the phone 1 in the OBI202 will work just for GV.
I want that phone 2 in the OBI202 will send and receive all calls just from the landline that connected to the OBI110.
The phone connected to the Obi110 will used just for tests.

I understand that the Digit in Israel are:
Israel (0xxxxxxxxxS0|0xxxxxxxxS4|01xx.|xx.|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.)

I appreciate any help
How can I do it?

OBi202
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> InboundCallRoute: ph

Voice Services -> OBiTalk Service
DigitMap: (0xxxxxxxxxS0|0xxxxxxxxS4|01xx.|xx.|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.)
InboundCallRoute: ph2

Physical Interfaces -> Phone2 Port
Primary Line: OBiTalk Service

The 1st rule in the Phone2 OutboundCallRoute is: {([1-9]x?*(Mpli)):pp}
Change it to: {(<200110110*>(Mpli)):pp}
Replace 200110110 with the OBi Number of the OBi110

OBi110
Voice Services -> OBiTalk Service -> InboundCallRoute: li

Physical Interfaces -> Line Port -> InboundCallRoute: pp(510202202)
Replace 510202202 with the OBi Number of the OBI202

Use OBi Expert to make the above changes.
To enter OBi Expert from the Dashboard click on the gear ICON to the right of your OBixxx then select OBi Expert Config, confirm and select Enter OBi Expert.
To make a change BOTH boxes to the right of the value must be unchecked.
When all changes are complete on this page, click Submit at the bottom of the page.
OBiTalk will download the configuration changes to the OBi and reboot it.
Wait until this process is complete before continuing to make another change on a different page.

I assume you will make these changes while both boxes are in the USA.
If you don't have a PSTN line to test the configuration, you can use the OBi202 phone1.
1st, call your GV number.
Only the OBi202 Phone1 should ring.
Disconnect the phone from the OBI202 port1.
Connect the OBi110 line port to the OBi202 port1.
Call your GV number again.
The OBI202 phone2 should ring.
Make an Israeli call from the OBi202 port2.
The call should be routed to GV and fail.
Check the OBi202 call history to make sure the call was routed to GV from OBiTalk/OBi110.

You might have to make changes to the Line port configuration to make it work in Israel.

Thank you so much.
Everything is working perfect (I have VOIP adapter so I can check the entire setup while I am in US).
I would like to take it one step forward.
What kind of setup I need to do in order to get 2 "virtual" phone in the Obion app, the first for US send and received calls via GV and second to send and received calls via the Israeli line. Similar to Ph1 and Ph2 in my Obi202).

thanks

First, OBiHai has not been maintaining the OBion app and many people have problems. It either works or doesn't and if it works for you it should continue. Most problems are audio, one way or no audio. It also has been reported to crash.

Is zero followed by 8 or 9 digits the only numbers you want to route to Israel? You could send those 2 patterns to Israel and any other pattern to GV. All inbound calls from both locations can be sent to the OBi202 and OBion. Would this satisfy your requirements?
