Hi I have been using Obitalk for a year now, everything was working fine until my Obitalk basic was up for renewal. I renewed for 2 years. Now my Obi dashboard says registered but when I log into Anveo it says SIP not connected and it gives me an expired registration. I am confused since my renewal date shows 2017 in Anveo. How can I connect the SIP.
My device is an Obi202
Device Status is green
I also have google voice account and it works fine
