How to you put someone's number on your blacklist?

Let say a # keeps dialing you and is there anyways to blacklist this # from calling you again? Thanks.

If using GV click on History and simply Block the number.  I usually put a note first so I remember what it was.

Note - if they spoof a number (yesterday I got a call from 303-000-0000), you can block it but they'll just spoof another one.
