Just installed & activated a OBi110. Everything worked fine for about 6-8 hours & then I tried to make a call - it said service was unavailable. Looked at the unit & the phone LED was not lit. Powercycled the unit & everything started working again. The next morning, same thing, same recovery action. During the day it happened again. Looked at the status of the unit from the dashboard & it said "offline", also I could not log into the unit directly using its IP address. I performed a factory reset, deleted the unit, added it back in and everything was fine for a couple of hours & then the unit died again. Just for grins, I switched it to a different port on my router, but after awhile it died again.
Anything else that I can try before I pursue getting a replacement?
