Obi no longer listed under GV's outgoing call options

When I try to make a call from Google Voice on the computer, the drop-down list no longer includes "Google Chat", which was how I accessed my GV number with the Obi100. It said I had to enable Hangouts. That seems doubtful, but I did anyway, and it did nothing.

I'm in a Chromium browser. Obitalk shows GV connected on the obi100. Under GV, Google Chat is selected for the GV number, but I can't get to first base.

This used to work fine, but suddenly something is broken.

Nothing broken. Google changed it.
