I believe when I first setup my Obitalk it was using the Digitmap setup I had but now it seems to fail.  I just get a repeating hang up tone after making any calls.

Basically I setup my SP3 with this Digitmap and it worked fine before.

(<**2>1?2066785742|<**2>1?3474093808|<**2>1?2246223946|<**1>1?604xxxxxxx|<**1>1?778xxxxxxx|<**1>1?403xxxxxxx|<**1>*98|<**1>1?416xxxxxxx|<**1>1?905xxxxxxx|<**1>1?613xxxxxxx|<**1>1?780xxxxxxx|<**1>1?514xxxxxxx|<**1>1?438xxxxxxx|<**2>1?260xxxxxxx|<**2>1?224xxxxxxx|<**2>1?321xxxxxxx|<**2>1?904xxxxxxx|<**2>1?407xxxxxxx|<**2>1?985xxxxxxx|<**2>1?734xxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|<**1>011xx.|xx.|)

As you can see I want certain area codes to be dialed through SP2, Local Calls as defined here through SP1, International through SP1, and the rest through SP3.

I've tried Googling and using Labels for Digitmaps and changing the OutboundCallRoute to no avail.

I've also tried breaking up the #s in User DigitMaps and putting it in my Outbound Call routing but it doesn't seem to work.  It just calls from the main default line.

{(Mcad):sp1},{(Mamy):sp2},{(MUS):sp3}

cad - 1?604xxxxxxx|1?778xxxxxxx|1?403xxxxxxx|1?416xxxxxxx|1?905xxxxxxx|1?613xxxxxxx|1?780xxxxxxx|1?514xxxxxxx|1?438xxxxxxx|

amy - 1?260xxxxxxx|1?224xxxxxxx|1?321xxxxxxx|1?904xxxxxxx|1?407xxxxxxx

US - 1?[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxx

This is the way I would configure the OBi and not your 1st post.

Is SP3 your Primary Line and did you remove adding the **n prefixes in the ITSP C DigitMap?

I don't think the following will cause a problem, but you have an extra vertical bar at the end of User DigitMap cad

Are your User DigitMaps enclosed in parentheses?

Kendo

You got it on the dot.  I didn't have () around my Digitmaps.  Woohooo! Thanks!
