AA voice option

When  I got AA, the voice quality is terrible, also the menu is not default like 1,2,3. my voice announce  12, 22, 32, input 1, 2, 3 is accepted by AA. How can change to 1, 2,3 menu. bought this on obi 200 in amazon for 39.99. from package cannot see it used. might be a returned product?

You could try a factory reset.  I'm not sure if that will restore AA prompts that have been customised.

I have already setup and do not like to try out. The obi seems to me like Dos in personal computer.  So many hiden function to learn. hope someday, this thing could be auto configured.

You can take a backup of the configuration before you reset and restore it afterwards. Backups do not include the local login password nor the authorisation codes for any Voice Services you have configured so you would need to re-enter those.
