calls from 1000 number

Thanks for your help.
Since yesterday I have received about 30 calls from a 1000 number. When I answer there is nothing there, no noise, nothing.
I asked about this on the Ringto forum and was given a way to correct this problem, however that did not work so, I am asking here. Can anyone help me with this problem. I have the obi 202 with sp1 Aveno, sp2 Ringto and sp3 Callcentric.
