I have Obi200 connected to GV I connect to it a USB ObiLine. I moved overseas and took the device with me. I connected the Obiline to a regular PSTN line so people can reach me through my local cellular phone.
When people dial my GV number and gain access to the Obiline and dail my local number through **70XXXX the call go through and everything work fine except for one thing.
The caller experience silence every now and then for a couple of seconds and could not hear me. I can hear them very well. Sometimes following the silence, the caller hear a peep then the my voice is heard after that. This issue does not occur every time but it happens and is also annoying to callers.
By the way when I use the phone connected to Obi200 neither the caller nor I experience any issue.
I wounder what is the problem?
Is there a particular setting I need to tweak to eliminate this problem?
