Time Condition and Ring Group/follow Me IVR, Dialling Shortcodes :)

So, after many years of using FreePBX (mostly PiaF) I've moved away from running a PBX at home to a ObiHai202. There are 3 or 4 things that I found quite usefulin the old setup that I'm wondering would be possible in ObiHai

1) Time Condition: I'm 5 hours behind my home location, with a DID from the home country. With FreePBX, routing calls via a Time Condition meant I didn't get calls at 3 in the morning... probably askin for too much, but is this possible in Obi202

2) Ring Group/IVR: On my FreePbx, I had a ring group set, such that, when a call came to any of my incoming VoIP servies, after a certain number of rings, it would hit a IVR, where the call would hear a recording like "We're not home, Press 1 for RizSher, 2 for The mrs, or 3 to leave voiceMail - based on option selected, the box would forward the call to me or the wifie's cellphone via the POTS line connected to the PABX.  I understand the AA feature in ObiXXX is fairly limited, just wonderin if anyone has found a way around to make it work.

3)Dialling Short Codes: I had setup short codes to number I frequently dial, for e.g. 6292 (Max C) for dialling Max's cellphone. The ObiXXX have 99 quick dials, but, is there a way to replicate the same behaviour as the PABX?.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks Lavarock, however, i have GoogleVoice and a British VSP with an English DID setup on the obihai202, so, trying to achieve forwarding etc on the 202 itself..

Google Voice is intended for use only in the USA.  And no, OBi's don't have these features.

So:  either use a SIP VoIP ITSP like lavarock suggested, or stick with your PBX.

Not sure what GV being intended for use only in the USA has to do with my query. I imagined Time condition would be too much to ask for, short codes not such a big deal. However, came across this http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=1734.msg11929#msg11929 - a bit of a work around, but looks like it'll work as a IVR.
