Reset my router and Google Voice not working.

Hi, so recently I did a power on reset on my NETGEAR router and it seems to have disrupted my obi200 and Google Voice. When I try to make a call I get this message "network status: IP address not available please review FAQ reason 00."  Help on this would be appreciated!

So my obi200 with Google Voice's help have been my only phone and I mean only phone, I do not even
have a cell phone. I had a cell phone back in the early 90s when nobody had one now its the other way around.;D
ANYHOW...my obi200 has saved me A LOT of money and so thanks again to Obihai Technology for this wonderful product! ;D

One more thing.... The message I got when this problem started was this...... "network status: IP address not available please review FAQ reason zero zero." So when this problem surfaced the first thing I did was go to the FAQ > https://www.obitalk.com/info/faq and did a search for 00, "reason zero zero" and nothing came up.   For future reference where can I find "reason zero zero"?
