OBExtras - OBi Voice Commands not working

I'm a new user and just signed up for OBExtras. 
I have an OBI202 and SP1 is set to Google Voice
I imported my Google contacts and am now trying to use Voice Commands.

If I attempt to Call My Contacts - Dial * or Business 411 Connect – Dial **
there is about a 6-8 second delay after I speak and then I get a "fast busy" signal.

Any ideas what may be causing this / how to fix it?  The voice dial is the main feature I wanted in the OBExtras!

Open a support ticket with Obihai.  You're paying for it, and they want it to work as much as you.
