Obi20 GV to ring Line 1 and Line 2 only when busy

This is driving me crazy.  I recently added a GV account into my Obi202 device.  I want Line 1 to ring only unless it's in use then line 2 will ring.
I use this setting as instructed to me before:
Voice Services -> SP1 Service
InboundCallRoute: ph
CallForwardOnBusyEnable: checked
CallForwardOnBusyNumber: ph2

The crazy thing is whenever I hit submit CallForwardOnBusyEnable and CallForwardOnBusyNumber go back to obitalk settings.  I'm going crazy.  Somehow the settings won't save! I even tried to upgrade the firmware but no luck.  Please help.

Try again. It appears Obihai just fixed the problem with their Obitalk servers. Your config changes should now stick.
