How to Delete an SP ?

During set up I somehow ended up with 2 SP entries for Google Voice.  But I only have one GV number.

How do I delete the second SP entry ?

I have tried clicking on various items, including the trash can to the right side of the 2nd SP line - but nothing happens.

I have also tried to delete the OBI itself. But again when I click on delete device nothing happens.

Please advise what I should do.

Sorry to bother the forum - it turns out that I couldn't do deletes only from an IE 11 Windows 8.1 session - I signed in on an android chrome session and was able to delete successfully.

Leaving this post here just in case someone else runs into the same problem so that they can see what solved the issue for me.
