how to disable automatic call answer?

In setting up my new obi202, I have not figured out how to disable automatic call answer.

I tried disabling Auto Attendant 1, and set AnswerDelay = 120000 to give my voip provider vm time to pickup. No joy.

Clearly I'm missing something obvious.

An OBi202 with default settings does not have automatic call answer.  What have you done?

Rather than going back and forth to see where the user error was...just factory reset the OBi device. It may take 5 to 10 minutes to reset and re-log on to your accounts but better than to wait for hours or days for a response to a question here and there.

drgeoff shocked me into thinking outside obi.

Turned out it was my head that needed examination, not the obi. Turned out I hadn't shut down the AA built into my Panasonic phone system. Pressing one button cured what ailed me. d'OH!!!
