No CallerID on LINE port

Incoming calls on the LINE port don't seem to pick up CallerID. Any ideas ???


You may take a look at this thread --

If your OBi unit is in US, you might check "RingDelay" setting on LINE port, and make sure it has sufficient time ( > 3500ms) for OBi110 to collect caller ID.


Looks like you have similar issue as Northern.Bob with the PSTN line callerID not displaying:

Please send email to with your OBi number.  Support might be able to provide a new firmware to cure this issue.
