Hello:

I recently posted the following and was able to get everything working...

http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=12492.0

Thank you.  Now, I have managed to break something.

I did a complete factory reset on the OBi200 & the Cisco IP phone.  The reason I did this was to add Callcentric to SIP2 for Caller ID name.

Now I have everything working EXCEPT the Cisco will not ring or answer incoming calls.  GV on SIP1  Callcentric on SIP2, and additional GV using SIP3 & the Cisco SPA 303 using SIP4.  In the original topic, the Cisco would receive but not place calls.

I clearly have something incorrect or fat-fingered in the routing of calls.  Any assistance will be appreciated, and will maintain domestic harmony in my house!

Best,

SP1 was receiving inbound calls. Now with CC they are on SP2, so you need to move the SP1 inbound call route code from SP1 to SP2.

Thanks, but forgive my ignorance....

I am clearly confused as I managed to break more things.....most of which I have back in service...except I broke 911 from the Cisco phone.

Here are my routes..

SIP 1 = GV  ph,sp4(OBi200)
SIP 2 = CC  ph,sp4(OBi200)
SIP 3 = GV  ph
SIP 4 - IP phone  {>0:ph},{OBi200>911|933:sp1},{OBi200>(Msp1):sp2}

OBI200 is the username I have in the Cisco 303.   Prior to the post, the phones on the analog port all work...Cisco would dial out and complete but not receive calls.  Also, the test number, 933 would verify the address for 911 for CC.

In my quest to correct based on the reply, I seem to have broken 911/933 and no incoming.

Thanks,

azrobert

SIP 1 = GV  ph,sp4(OBi200@local_client)
SIP 2 = CC  ph,sp4(OBi200@local_client)
SIP 3 = GV  ph
SIP 4 - IP phone  {>0:ph},{OBi200>911|933:sp2},{OBi200>(Msp1):sp1}

I'm assuming 911 should be routed to CC on SP2
Outbound calls routed to GV, not CC

Thank you very much!  Looks like I am back in business.  Much appreciated.
