Outbound Calls can't hear me

Hello Everyone,
I am having trouble with outbound calls.  Dials and connects fine, I can hear who I called just fine, but they can't hear me.  Incoming calls are fine as well. 
I have done just about everything I know to do...upgraded the firmware of the OB202, reintegrated with google voice.  Settings are the same they have always been.
Anyone else experienced this issue?

Dial **9 222 222 222. That is the Obitalk echo test.  Can you hear your own voice coming back to you?

Yes.  That seems to work fine. Rather immediate, on a per word basis.  Thanks.

Very odd.  After doing the echo test it just started working again.  Must have been merely the threat of someone else help.  Makes no sense but I'll take it.  Thanks.

More problems...outbound calls only ring once.  Got to tell you that I am really tiring of all the issues lately.  Ready to do something else.  Anyone have any recommendations?  Free is good but need reliability, too.
