Trouble configuring Obi200 with Anveo, help please

As per Anveo's instructions https://www.anveo.com/faqobitalk.asp I login to obitalk.com and then go to https://www.obitalk.com/obinet/pg/services/itsp?i=anveo
The first step is selecting the device, but when I click on the blue Device button for a drop down to select my device, I only get a one-liner that repeats the default text of "Please select a device".  See attached image
