Obi200 No outgoing audio

Everything seems to be working correctly, except I have no outgoing audio.

Outgoing and incoming calls, as well as incoming audio seems to be working. Verified with more than one phone.

Device has been in use for around 2 years.

I've factory reset the device and setup my Obitalk page from scratch again. I also updated the firmware to the latest version.

I'm using Google voice with it. My only thought it the Obitalk interface is bad. Any ideas??

Call **9 222 222 222.  Wait for the explanatory message to finish, then talk.  If you hear your voice, then there's nothing wrong with your device.

When trying to use it, the person on the other end of the line could hear me say "hello" and then there was not another sound that went that direction. I could hear the other person fine.

I swapped out the Obi interface with a spare, and all works again. Apparently the old interface is bad, unless someone knows of something else that could cause this.

Did you actually try what SteveInWA suggested?  If yes, what was the result?

I'd already swapped the box before being reminded of this loopback service.

I'll try to swap it back in soon and get usefull feedback. Thanks!
