Magic Jack Line in on Obi 110 not working.

Before cutting loose my home land line. I tested the Obi110 with majic Jack and had no trouble getting it to work as a second line when dialing **8. Now no matter what I do I can't get the Obi to recognize it after plugging it into the line input on the back of the 110.

Any suggestions?

With the MagicJack connected and the LINE Port not in use, what values does the OBi display at?:

Status -> PHONE & LINE Status -> Line Port Status -> State

Status -> PHONE & LINE Status -> Line Port Status -> LoopCurrent

Status -> PHONE & LINE Status -> Line Port Status -> TipRingVoltage

What values does the OBi display after a # is entered from the OBi PHONE Port?  (Refresh the page.)

Can you successfully access the MagicJack from the OBi PHONE Port when power is removed from the OBi?
