I successfully added and set up my OBi200 couple of weeks ago. I had trouble linking it to my anveo account. I removed the device from my Obitalk account, and factory reset it. After straightening out the problems with the Anveo account, I want to add it again.
Now I can not get past the "Add an OBi device page" without it timing out.
I can get to the "Your number has been sent to the server" prompt
I can call **-222-222-222.
I tried ***6 software update ("Not Available")
I reset DNSServer1 = 4.2.2.2
My guess is that after I removed the device this morning, the ID number for that OBi200 device is still lingering in the system.
Can anybody offer advice? Thanks.
