Can not add OBi200 to my dashboard

I just got my OBi200 from amazon. While trying to install,

- Was able to connect to the echo service successfully
- when trying to add to dashboard, it is timing out after 180 seconds

I have Xfinity broadband for Internet connection. No ports are blocked on router

Please advise

Haven't you noticed even one of the many posts about the same problem?

The only advice is to keep trying.
