I have an OBI200.  Recently after hearing the phone ring and pick it up. A voice says: 'Press one to answer'.  But when I press one on my phone, it doesn't recognize and keeps on saying the same thing. But I can accept the call through Google Voice on the web by clicking one.  Before, it did not ask me to press one to accept.

To disable the "press 1 to answer" message go to the Settings page (the gearwheel icon at top right) at voice.google.com, scroll down to the "Screen Calls" line and move the slider to the left.
