Clicking Noise when trying to dial out

I am using OBIHA 202 with Google Voice and have done so for about 5 years.
Recently every time i try to dial out ( I get a dial tone) my device starts making clicking noises as soon as i type in even a single  number, and i cannot dial out.
Incoming calls work fine.
Does anyone have any experience with this and any thoughts what might work?

Clicking? Are you able to switch out to another phone to see if you get the same results?

Any chance your phone got switched to pulse dialing from DTMF?

Have you tried another device? If it works fine maybe the problem is caused by your device.
