E911 Question setup

Hello , I'm using a OBi200 with my Google voice number and its connected to the sp1 and working well. But I have a question on 911 service, If I want to add the 911 service to the unit does that pull the service away from google voice or is it just added tot he same sp1 or does it add it to sp2? who do you recommend for this service that is reliable?

Uses a different Service Provider slot. Dial plan automatically routes to the appropriate one.

Not from me as being in the UK I have no experience of any 911 providers.
