upon googling this is a google server (
https://www.lookip.net/ip/216.239.36.145) HP won't help because out of service warranty...however this all happened when HP took over. I called googlepex 650-253-0000) two hours listening to music, they don't answer. HP need to fix whatever they did on their end, that is why people are getting this error. No help from anyone.
