If I have Sp1 and Sp2 configured with different providers, and I am calling out from the phone port on Sp1, can a second incoming call be routed to sp2 through the AA, or will the second caller hear a busy signal?
Thanks,

Larry

The OBi itself can handle up to four concurrent calls, so there should be no problem, as long as the SP1 provider permits at least two simultaneous calls.  GV allows two; most measured SIP DIDs allow at least two, but many DIDs with free incoming have a channel limitation, e.g. Anveo Value DID and VOIPo BYOD are restricted to one call at a time.

The OBi can handle the bridging of up to four calls.  It's not uncommon for a service provider to handle multiple sessions.  For example, Google Voice supports two sessions, meaning it can handle up to two incoming, two outgoing, or one of each, simultaneously.
