Do you mean can you hook up all of your house (analog) phones to the OBi? Yes, you can. Limited by the total ringer equivalence of the phones.

If  you use a portable phone system, where the Obi just rings the base unit and the base unit rings all the portables, then "whole house" becomes pretty extensive.  We have three things plugged into the Obi, a fax, a hard wired phone and the base unit of a 4 handset wireless phone system.  6 devices but the Obi sees 3.

Connect your existing house wiring to the PHONE PORT of the Obi.

make sure there is no incoming service from outside connected to the wiring.
every jack on your existing wiring will be usable but you are limited to 5 rem on the entire system. That only limits you to how many phones you can have connected at one time, not how many different places you can connect them.
