Speed dial problem

i can dial out number 1234 567 8901 directly ok, but when i  try calling speed dial entry for same number, i hear a click and my obi resets. there's no entry under last call. verified number is correct in speed dial entry on device.

looks like i found prob (? bug)-i put in {t=cm} to provide sound that that dialing was correct, and when i take them out, then the speedial works ok.
