I am looking for step by step solution for this:

Caller "A" with caller ID "A" calls the Obi110 through the Line and it goes to AA he only press 2 (without any other digits) and it connects him to another specific Obihai for example with 200-123-4567 number. Also the AA must be design in a way that if Caller "B" with caller ID "B" calls the Obi110 through SP1 then AA connects him to the PSTN line and ask for the number only by pressing "2".

Please pay attention PSTN line is the primary line.

Is this possible?
If yes, how should I do this?
If no, what is the closest solution to this scenario?

Thank you in advance,

RonR

The OBi Auto Attendant is not capable of functioning the way you requested.

-----

If you want a particular caller (12341234567) who calls the LINE Port to be automatically connected to another OBi (200123456), the Auto Attendant is not needed:

Physical Interfaces -> LINE Port -> InboundCallRoute : {12341234567:pp(ob200123456)},{ph}

-----

-----

If you want a particular caller (12341234567) who calls the SP1 Service to be connected to the Auto Attendant where he can press 2 to make an outgoing call:

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute : {12341234567:aa},{ph}

Yes, I understand this part but I need caller A goes to AA and AA transfer him to the second OBI. If the above scenario is not possible, could you please explain step by step how Caller A can transfer to second OBI through AA just by pressing 21#.

Simply set Speed Dial #1 to the number you want called when 21# is entered at the Auto Attendant prompt.

Your posts have not been clear.  The purpose of the AA is to allow a caller to make a choice.  If you want caller A to always be connected to the second OBi (to ring the phone there, get its AA, or be transferred further), then the AA is not needed.  If you want the caller to have choices, please describe them, so we'll understand your requirements.

I need Caller A can use auto attendant. For example he can have the option to press 1 and countinue the call. Is there a way that he only press 2 and his call get transfered to another Obi?

After pressing 2, the OBi always expects a number to be entered which then will be called.  To reach another OBi, he could press 2 and enter:

1.  **9200123456#   (where 200123456 is the OBiTALK number of the desired OBi).

2.  <Speed Dial>#   (where <Speed Dial> has been configured with the OBiTALK number of the desired OBi).
