Why can't "ITSP Profile" save?

I've updated "ITSP Profile A" or "B" -> General-> DigitMap, then submit -> reboot.
Then check the profile, it seems changed.  However about a minute, it changed back to default.

I've tried many times, same as another friend.

Can somebody help?

If you're configuring the OBi directly, you must set:

System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> ITSP Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> OBiTALK Provisioning -> Method : Disabled

or the OBiTALK Web Portal will overwrite your changes with its settings.
