Any issues with OBi202 with 2 GV + 1 SIP(911)?

Are there any current issues with setting up a OBi202 with 2 GV accounts & a SIP account for 911(call centric)?

I recently got a OBi110 & set it up with 1 GV account and 1 911 account(callcentric). Cable modem behind a Netgear WNDR3800 with SIP ALG turned ON. 
Everything is working great. No problems!

But I'm getting a 2nd GV number (landline->cell>GV transfer) & want it to ring the phone so I want to return the 110 & get a 202.

Also, in case of power supply failure, do they send you one before you send them the defective one?
How much does an extra one cost if I want to have one as backup?

Finally got the OBi202 unit & have had it setup for a week now & no problems so far.

SP1 - Google Voice #1
SP2 - Callcentric SIP (for 911)
SP3 - Google Voice #2 (landline->cell>GV transfer)
