PLEASE HELP!!

My obi talk 100 has worked perfectly for a coulpe of months.  I use it with google voice.  Then the last couple of weeks when I make a call or receive someone they can't hear me or I can't hear them for like 5 seconds and that keeps going on and on throughout the call and then we just have to hang up.  I am ready to give up on the obi talk.
Please help.

Have you tried rebooting modem, separate router (if any) and OBi?

If you shut down the OBi and make or receive calls with Gmail instead, do you have the problem?

In the left hand column, Chat and SMS section, you should see a Call phone icon.  Click that.  The first time, you will have to give permission to install a plug-in.
