Call Waiting Issue

I talked to my GF OBI to OBI and when someone called her GV number, it did not "beep" in or show caller ID. Is there a way to do this if you are talking OBI to OBI and a call comes in on GV?

Make sure the following are set in the OBi:

Physical Interfaces -> PHONE Port -> CallerIDEnable : (checked)
Physical Interfaces -> PHONE Port -> CallWaitingEnable : (checked)
Physical Interfaces -> PHONE Port -> CallWaitingCallerIDEnable : (checked)

Thanks for the tip. Call Waiting was not enabled on the Obi Device, it is all good now.
